Air Duct Heaters

Different types of air duct heaters are available from Integro. Duct heaters can be custom-designed for a specific application as well as standard models.

• High Purity Magnesium Oxide Various combinations of magnesium oxide refractory (MgO) are used to fill the elements to ensure excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation resistance.
• Superior Grade Resistance Wire Heating elements are made from high quality resistance wire for long-term durability.
• Low Watt Density Resistor Wire The coil and wire diameters of the heating coil are increased and the resistance wire length is increased to give maximum coil surface area and lower coil surface temperatures - thus providing a longer coil life.
• Superior Construction at Element Bends We repress all element bends in hydraulic presses after bending to ensure recompaction of refractory material to avoid voids and hot spots in electrical insulation.
