Our Drum Heater - For Single Metallic Drum Heating is designed to offer practical & efficient means of freeze protection, viscosity control & easy to maintain in elevated temperatures. It maintains the temperature of different types of pails and drums whose fluid require maintenance and it is very important to keep them in fluid condition. It prevents the sensitive material from scorching or degrading. Apart from its functionality, this Drum Heater - For Single Metallic Drum Heating is made of CRCA/SS, and strong construction. Uniform heating, trouble free functionality, low maintenance are some of the features of our product.
Construction
Outer structure is made of CRCA/SS, cylindrical in shape and rugged construction. Pad type flexible heater having 80/20 nichrome wire as heating element is used. 50mm thick thermal insulation is provided to prevent the heat loss and to ensure that the outer structure of the drum is at low temperature for safe handling. Lid is provided to prevent the heat loss from the top. Castors are provided in the bottom for easy handling.
